An application is required for each adult over the age of 18 that will reside in the rental unit. The application fee is $50 per application and is non-refundable.

Please Note:

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be required to provide the following upon signing:

$75 Lease Preparation Fee
Security Deposit (Typically Equal to One Month's Rent)
Non-refundable Pet Fee (if Applicable)

Security Deposit, Pet Fee, and Lease Preparation Fee should be in the form of a money order or cashier's check made payable to Jax Elite Realty.
